Terms of Service.

Effective: July 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NeuroHire (the “Service”), operated by NeuroHire (“NeuroHire”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at signup, or using the Service — including browsing without an account — you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The short version

  • NeuroHire is free while in early access.
  • Job listings come from employers' own public postings and other public sources. Details like salary, visa sponsorship, and required skills may be AI-extracted and can be wrong — verify on the employer's posting before relying on them.
  • Clicking Apply takes you to the employer's own site. You apply there, not here — we never submit applications for you.
  • Your application tracker is self-reported: it shows what you tell us, not what employers confirm.
  • We are a search tool — not your employer, agent, or recruiter, and we cannot guarantee interviews or offers.
  • We can change these Terms, with at least 30 days' notice for material changes.

1. Agreement and eligibility

In plain English: By signing up you accept these terms; you must be 16 or older.

You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box when you create an account, or by accessing or using the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use NeuroHire. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The service

In plain English: We aggregate job listings from employers' public postings and enrich them with AI — verify details before relying on them.
Important: Salary, visa-sponsorship, security-clearance, and qualification details on listings may be AI-extracted and inaccurate — do not make compensation or immigration decisions on them without checking the employer's own posting.

NeuroHire is a job-search aggregator. Listings on the Service are collected by automated means from publicly available employer postings — such as employers' own career sites and applicant-tracking systems — and from other public sources. Employers do not post jobs directly on NeuroHire, and the appearance of a listing does not mean the employer has partnered with or endorsed NeuroHire.

AI-enriched listing content. Certain fields displayed on listings — including salary ranges, visa-sponsorship status, security-clearance requirements, qualifications, and summaries — may be machine-extracted or AI-generated from the underlying posting. These fields may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. You must verify all listing details on the employer's own posting before relying on them, particularly before making decisions about compensation, relocation, or immigration.

We use automated processes to expire listings that we no longer see at their source, typically within days. We do not guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, or that the position remains open.

The Service is currently offered free of charge during early access. If we introduce paid features in the future, they will be opt-in and priced and announced in advance.

3. Accounts and security

In plain English: Keep your password safe; we lock accounts after repeated failed logins.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Our automated security systems may temporarily lock your account after repeated failed login attempts, expire your session periodically (you may need to sign in again after up to 7 days), and require you to re-verify your email address. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at hello@neurohire.ai.

4. Acceptable use and automated access

In plain English: Do not scrape or abuse the service; we block bots automatically (search engines may still index listings).

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, spider, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Service in bulk.
  • Interfere with the Service's security or attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication.
  • Impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or otherwise malicious content.
  • Use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of our software.
  • Use automated means to create accounts or submit content.

Nothing in this section prohibits good-faith search-engine crawlers from indexing publicly available job-listing pages in accordance with our published crawling directives.

To enforce these rules, we apply published or in-product rate limits and operate automated defenses that may challenge or block requests, temporarily or permanently block IP addresses (including addresses that access decoy endpoints designed to detect automated abuse), and suspend accounts. These systems act automatically, without human pre-review. If you believe you were blocked in error, contact hello@neurohire.ai and we will review.

5. Job listings, employers, and no employment relationship

In plain English: We are a search tool, not an employer or recruiter — listings and AI-extracted details come without guarantees.
Important: NeuroHire is not your employer, agent, or recruiter — using the Service does not guarantee you an interview, an offer, or a job.

No employment relationship. NeuroHire is not an employer, employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter. We are not a party to any application, interview, offer, or employment relationship between you and any employer. We do not endorse any employer or listing, and we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in an interview, offer, or employment.

Listing accuracy. Employer identity, compensation, role details, and all other listing content — whether taken from the employer's posting or AI-extracted as described in Section 2 — are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or currency.

Some listings display a “verified” indicator. This indicator means the listing was collected from a source we believe to be the employer's own posting (such as its careers site or applicant-tracking system). It does not mean we have manually reviewed the listing or confirmed it with the employer, and it is not a guarantee that the listing is accurate, current, or that the position remains open.

6. Applying to jobs (third-party sites)

In plain English: Applying happens on the employer's own site under their rules; your tracker reflects what you tell us, not what employers confirm.
Important: When you click Apply you leave NeuroHire — the employer's own terms and privacy policy govern everything you do on their site.

You apply on the employer's site, not on NeuroHire. Clicking Apply opens the employer's own website or applicant-tracking system in a new tab. NeuroHire never submits applications or resumes on your behalf. Employer sites are operated by third parties under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible.

Self-reported tracking. Application tracking on NeuroHire is user-reported: when you return after clicking Apply, we ask whether you applied, and your answer is what we record. Your Applications and Viewed lists, and any statuses you set, are your own records — we do not verify them with employers, and they are not offers, confirmations, or communications from any employer.

7. AI features

In plain English: Tailored resumes and cover letters are AI-generated — review before sending; match scores are automated estimates, not decisions.
Important: AI output can be wrong — you are responsible for reviewing everything before you send it to an employer.

The following are generated using AI models and may contain errors: tailored resumes, cover letters, parsed resume data, and the AI-enriched job-listing fields described in Section 2. You must review AI-generated content before using it, and you are solely responsible for any content you submit to an employer.

Match scores and ATS scores are produced by automated, rule-based scoring that compares factors such as skills, experience, and location overlap. They are informational estimates only — they are not AI model output, not an employment decision, and have no legal effect.

Usage limits may apply to AI features (for example, a daily cap on tailoring runs), as published or shown in the product.

8. Your content and license

In plain English: Your resume stays yours; you let us process it to run the service, and your feedback helps us improve rankings.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create on the Service — resumes, notes, tailored drafts, saved jobs. You grant NeuroHire a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process (including through AI service providers acting on our behalf), and display that content in order to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.

Feedback. If you send us feedback or suggestions, or provide relevance signals in the product (for example, marking a job as “not a fit”), we may use them without restriction or compensation to improve ranking, recommendations, and the Service generally.

9. Waitlist and pre-release features

In plain English: Joining a waitlist means one launch email; early features can change or disappear.

If you join a feature waitlist, you consent to receiving one announcement email when that feature launches — nothing more. Features labeled early access, beta, or pre-release are provided as-is and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

10. Intellectual property and DMCA

In plain English: Job content and logos belong to employers; here is how to send a copyright or trademark complaint.

The NeuroHire platform, software, and our logos and trademarks are owned by NeuroHire. Except for the license to use the Service granted in these Terms, no rights in our intellectual property are transferred to you.

Job descriptions, employer names, and employer logos belong to the respective employers or their licensors. Logos are displayed nominatively, solely to identify the employer associated with a listing.

DMCA notice and takedown. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated copyright agent: Copyright Agent, NeuroHire, support@neurohire.ai. Upon receiving a compliant notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted it, who may submit a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Trademark complaints may be sent to the same contact.

11. Third-party services

In plain English: We do not control the employer sites we link to.

The Service contains links to and content from third parties, including employer websites and applicant-tracking platforms. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party site, service, or content. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimers

In plain English: The service is provided as-is.
Important: You use NeuroHire as-is — if a listing, AI output, or the Service itself is wrong or unavailable, we are not promising otherwise.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEUROHIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR CURRENCY OF ANY JOB LISTING, ANY AI-EXTRACTED OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT (INCLUDING SALARY, VISA-SPONSORSHIP, AND QUALIFICATION FIELDS, TAILORED RESUMES, AND COVER LETTERS), OR ANY MATCH OR ATS SCORE.

13. Limitation of liability

In plain English: Our liability is capped.
Important: Our maximum liability to you is the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or US$100 — for a free service, that means US$100.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NEUROHIRE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ANY JOB LISTING OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR FROM ANY DEALINGS WITH ANY EMPLOYER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) US$100.

14. Indemnification

In plain English: You cover claims caused by your misuse.
Important: If your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms gets us sued, you agree to cover the costs.

You agree to defend and indemnify NeuroHire from any third-party claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

In plain English: Delete anytime from your Profile page; some records are retained as the Privacy Policy describes.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may delete your account from your Profile page. Deleting your account deactivates it, immediately removes identity information (such as your name, email, phone, avatar, skills, and preferences) from your account record, and revokes your active sessions. Certain records — including uploaded resumes and their parsed content, generated documents, and job-activity history — are currently retained after deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, engage in automated abuse, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service itself. On termination, the license in Section 8 ends except as needed to handle retained records as described above, and the provisions identified in Section 18 survive.

16. Governing law and disputes

In plain English: Disputes are handled under Delaware law in Delaware courts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.

17. Changes to these terms

In plain English: We will post updated terms with notice in the app.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice through a prominent notice in the Service, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account.

18. General terms

In plain English: Standard legal provisions that keep the agreement enforceable.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and NeuroHire regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Survival. Sections 8 (to the extent of retained records), 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 18 survive termination of these Terms.

Export control and sanctions. You may not use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws, and you represent that you are not located in an embargoed jurisdiction or on any restricted party list.
